“Agreement” refers to the legally binding contract between Taska Digital and the Client, consisting of these Terms, any additional agreements, or service contracts signed with Taska Digital.
2. Use of Services
Eligibility
By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with Taska Digital. You must provide accurate and complete information during the service engagement process.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

If you create an account with Taska Digital, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Services and Deliverables
Project Engagement
Taska Digital offers services including, but not limited to, web and mobile application development, MVP creation, and AI-powered solutions. All project deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal signed between you and Taska Digital.
Development Timeline
The delivery timeline for any project is based on the scope of the services requested. Projects may range from 10 to 30 weeks for complex apps, depending on the nature and extent of work. You acknowledge that project delays may occur due to factors beyond Taska Digital’s control, including Client delays in providing feedback, changes to the project scope, or third-party integrations.
No-Code and Low-Code Tools
We utilise no-code and low-code platforms like Bubble.io and FlutterFlow to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions. You agree that the use of these platforms may include limitations as dictated by the platform providers, and Taska Digital is not liable for those inherent constraints.
Revisions and Changes
Any revisions or additional requests outside the original project scope must be documented and agreed upon in writing. These changes may result in additional fees or extended timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
All fees for services provided by Taska Digital are outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Our fees are determined based on the size and complexity of the project.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
A deposit is required before project initiation. The remainder of the project cost will be invoiced in stages, tied to specific deliverables or milestones as agreed upon in the service agreement. Full payment must be received before the final delivery of the project.
Late Payments
Any invoice not paid within the specified due date may incur late fees. Taska Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Deliverables
Upon completion and full payment for the services, Taska Digital will transfer all intellectual property rights for the deliverables to the Client. This includes but is not limited to web applications, code, and other materials developed specifically for the Client.
Pre-Existing IP
Any pre-existing intellectual property, such as frameworks, software tools, or methodologies used by Taska Digital in delivering services, remain the sole property of Taska Digital. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials as part of their project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the project strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary information, trade secrets, and personal data shared during the service engagement.
7. Termination
Termination by Taska Digital
We reserve the right to terminate any agreement if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.
Termination by the Client
You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, you will be responsible for any fees or costs incurred for work completed up to the date of termination.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be made within 30 days. Any unfulfilled work or deliverables will be considered cancelled unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taska Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or reputation.
In no event will Taska Digital’s total liability for all claims exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the project.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
Taska Digital provides its services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Taska Digital does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee specific results from our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them or the services provided by Taska Digital will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
12. Changes to These Terms
Taska Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website and services after changes have been posted signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
